I'm so excited and proud to let you know that "The Wedding Promise" paper back edition is now out in Ireland! It will be out in UK, Australia, New Zealand and world wide at the end of the month!
It's a perfect holiday read or a great excuse to not do the house work! You can blame me if the dinner hasn't been cooked on time or the ironing/vacuuming hasn't been done. It can all wait while you're caught up in the story!
I loved writing this novel and it was my buddy as I battled gruelling cancer treatment. As a result there's NO cancer in this book! While I have dealt with some evocative human issues as always, I hope you'll find it uplifting. It certainly helped me.
Here's the blurb and the gorgeous new cover.
If you get a chance to read it, I hope you enjoy it as much as I loved writing it.
I can't miss this opportunity to thank you, my readers, for being so supportive of my work. I couldn't do this job without you. So thank you, thank you, thank you times a gazillion. I love you all 💗📔
Love and light
The what's it all about AKA the blurb!
The Wedding Promise
Restoring a romantic, crumbling villa brings Shelly back to the small Spanish village she and her husband Gerry fell in love with before they married – fulfilling a wedding-day promise he made to her that they would return. But as plans to transform the villa into a stunning wedding venue take shape, Shelly discovers that her grown-up children might need the new move more than she does . . .
Jake has begun to question the things he values most: his career as a pilot, his relationship with his girlfriend Fee. Could Spain offer him the change he's desperately seeking?
And when Leila arrives in Spain with a new-born baby in tow, she soon finds herself getting caught up in the fledgling business. But then she hears some startling news she wasn’t expecting . . .
As Casa Maria takes its first booking, will it turn out to be more than a romantic promise made all those years ago? Perhaps a second chance at new beginnings?
