how are you doing? This image below made me smile and I thought it might make you smile too. This card and many other like it are available from a great website called

You probably already know about it but just in case you don't, it's well worth checking out.
I've had a horrendous few days. My pain levels were at an all-time high and I was completely unable to do anything. Luckily the amazing people who care for me were able to adjust my dose and the world has become a much brighter place. I'm not out of the woods yet, but I'm a hell of a lot better than I was. I cannot stress this enough: if you're sick or in pain - tell your care givers. Lift up that phone and call someone. Don't suffer in silence. There are no medals for enduring pain or vomiting your guts up. The doctors and nurses can only help you if you tell them what's wrong, they don't have crystal balls.
I am still without the power of my right hand. But I have started using a dictation device on my computer. It's taking a little bit of getting used to. It's really difficult not to feel like a total nut job as I sit and chat to the screen. My family are used to me sitting at my computer and laughing so this new departure hasn't really rattled their cages!
Hope you're well wherever you may be. I sincerely hope that you were not in pain because it that zero fun and you have all my sympathy and empathy. Down with pain 😠
Bye for now and I hope to chat to you soon.
Love and light
